Becoming a Retained Client
(Using the Service of ATM)

In the 35 years of trading ATM have provided a farm acquisition service to over 400 clients and have built up an excellent reputation with Scotland's selling agents. Over the 35 years of trading ATM Property Sales have purchased in excess of 400 farms on behalf of our retained clients. Our recent purchases can be seen on our "Success Stories" page.

Essentially we will do the "foot work" for you by carrying out the initial viewing of any property in Scotland and then provide you with a report on the suitability of the farm for you. ATM Property Sales are also favoured with the sale of properties in Scotland - these properties are often sold privately with our retained clients receiving early notification of these sales.

ATM Property Sales are also able to provide the legal services necessary to purchase a property in Scotland. These costs are in addition to the land agency fees and are often based on a percentage of the purchase price.

We would also like to draw your attention to the new functions on our website which are only available to our registered users'. The newly added "Search" button allows users to complete a simple search for property, while the "My Settings" function allowing the user to carryout a more detailed search using specifically selected criteria. This function also enables users' to carry out partial or exact matches. The "My Matches" function then permits the user to view the properties that have been previously selected using the search criteria and saves the information until another search is completed.

Our users' will now also receive a notification e-mail / text when a property is added to our website that meets their search criteria.
