Greenfield and Gallowhill Farms at Stranraer were sold by ATM Property Sales for an existing client during the summer of 2007. The property extended to 446 in total and was divided into 4 lots. The property generated considerable interest and it achieved a sales price well in excess of 30% over the £2,120,000 asking price. The vendor of Greenfield and Gallowhill Farm subsequently purchased Howpark Farm with ATM Property Sales acting as the purchasing agent at Howpark.
Kilnford Croft Farm, Dumfries
Kilnford Croft Farm is located approximately 2 miles outside of Dumfries. The farm extended to approximately 146 acres with an impressive 4 bedroom bungalow and modern steading. The property was marketed on a low key basis with sales particulars produced in house and sold within 3 weeks of commencing the marketing strategy. The property sold to a farmer from the Scottish Borders who was relocating to Dumfries.
Chance Inn Farm, Kinross
Chance Inn Farm is located a short distance from the town of Kinross and extends to approximately 257 acres of highly productive arable land. The property benefits from an extensive steading of over 37,000 square feet. The sale also included a modern bungalow. The property was taken off the market and sold privately to an investor.

Mosside Mains, having been purchased as part of a larger transaction 12 months previous was sold by ATM Property Sales during the summer of 2007. This property included a spacious farmhouse, traditional farm buildings and approximately 6 acres of land. After a brief marketing campaign this property was taken off the market and sold to a local businessman.
Land at Bardarroch, Ochiltree, Ayrshire

The land at Barrdarroch extended to approximately 100 acres of productive arable land located 10 miles from Ayr. The property was marketed on the open market with a closing date set and was sold to a Northern Ireland investor who has now used the services of ATM Property Sales to manage the land.

 

 
Low Wardneuk, Monkton, Prestwick, Ayrshire
Low Wardneuk, a productive dairy and arable farm was sold in the Summer of 2008. The property extended to approximately 227 acres of productive ploughable grassland. The vendor of Low Wardneuk subsequently purchased Langholm Farm and Farm Shop with ATM Property Sales acting as the purchasing agent.
Land at Clunie, Terregles, Dumfries
The land at Clunie extended to approximately 43 acres of elevated grassland close to the town of Dumfries. After a short marketing campaign the property was purchased by a Northern Irish Investor from County Armagh.
