ATM Property Sales are currently seeking the following farms for genuine retained clients:-

  • Approximately 400 acres of productive arable grassland, ideally located in Perthshire, Fife, Angus or the Scottish Borders. Would consider bare land.
  • 300 acre Dairy Farm or Stock Farm with the potential to convert to dairying. Ideally situated in South West Scotland or the Scottish Borders.
  • 200 - 250 acre investment opportunity. Bare arable land, would consider a buy and leaseback arrangement. Angus/Perthshire location.
  • 50 -100 acre investment opportunity. Bare arable land, would consider a buy and leaseback arrangement. Forfar/Dundee area. Perthshire also considered.
  • 300 acre Stock/Arable Farm. Ideally situated in the Scottish Borders, Perthshire or Angus.
