 | Richard became the Director of ATM Property Sales in 2004 and is responsible for the running and day to day management of the business. Under the directorship of Richard the business has developed an extensive range of new services including property management and property sales. Richard's main responsibility is the provision of the Property Finding Service and Farm Consultancy Service. Richard is a member of the Scottish Rural Property and Business Association. | Sophie Lane, Rural Property Agent | |||
| | | Sophie started with ATM Property Sales in 2006 and has been instrumental in developing the farm and rural property sales aspects of the business. Sophie deals with the day to day requirements of the business's property sales activities which includes market appraisals and preparation of marketing material. Sophie is also responsible for market research and maintenance of the ATM Property Search Engine. Another key area of Sophie's work is the management of a diverse portfolio of property on behalf of clients. Sophie qualified with a First Class Honours Degree from Harper Adams in 2006 and has subsequently embarked upon a Post Graduate MSc Rural Environment and Land Management course.
